Enable the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)

Open PowerShell as Administrator and run:

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux

system will reboot and enable feature install debian here run linxu => Win+R -> bash
